Admission

Admission to the school is open to one and all, irrespective of caste, creed and religion. The school starts its academic session from January to December. Regarding Admission the following sub-clauses to be noted:

• • The application form for registration and admission is attached with the prospectus.
• • The application form should be duly filled in and signed by either of the parents. Stamp size photographs of father, mother and the student should be pasted in the appropriate places on the Admission Form. If it becomes impossible for the parents to make themselves available whenever asked for, then it is obligatory on the part of the parents to give the name and address of the guardian and furnish his/her stamp size photograph.
• • Registration does not guarantee admission.
• • There will be notification to enlighten the applicants on the date of admission test.
• • All admissions are provisional till the students produce the necessary documents such as previous exam results, Transfer Certificate etc.

Documents required for admission:

• • Birth certificate issued by cognizable and competent authority.
• • Three copies of stamp size coloured photograph for students and his / her parents.
• • Transfer certificate and character certificate for higher classes.

Class IV	8 yrs 6 months	8.00 am – 12.30 pm
Class V to IX		11.35 am – 4.40 pm
Class X to XII		12.15 pm – 4.40 pm

Identity Card

Each and every child is required to wear an Identity card duly counter signed by the secretary with the latest photograph of the pupil.
